We had a chance to break out our vertical press yesterday for some pretty letterpress printing.  Normally reserved for die cutting, it was a rare sight to see it in inked glory.  Inked for a good cause though–this pretty gold foil + black letterpress 11″ x 18″ poster for the lovely Julia Kostreva.

Printed on French Paper’s Specletone Madera Beach 140# cover,  the gold foil + black letterpress combo turned out beautifully.
