Die Cutting Services

It’s kind of like using a cookie cutter to cut an infinite number of shapes from freshly prepared dough, but with paper.

Die cutting is the fine art of using a specially shaped blade, or die, to cut a precise shape from a piece of paper.

The process allows for precision and unlimited replication, not to mention boundless opportunities for creativity and innovation. We put painstaking care into our custom die cutting services and custom perforation.

Die cutting around our shop is done with a razor sharp cutting rule on a Kluge press.  We can accept diecuts from one up to eight up, depending on the finished size.  In most applications, a channel score for a nice rounded, deep score is used.  For paper die cutting services, all paper products are hand fed with the available orientations being horizontal, vertical, or both in the same operation.
